I was at the KPJ Hospital yesterday. To my surprise, queing has become an issue even at this private hospital.
What catch my eyes was their walls and message board. They have 'Vision', 'Mission', 'Client Charter' and shared value statement sticked on nicely.
One that really interesting in their shared values was 'Continoues Improvement'. It seems like they are saying.......... they will be no stop to the improvement activities.
Shouldn't we also have the same attitude?

I don't know which KPJ hosp you went to. However, I remember APSH hospital's facilities (it may be different now) i.e. rooms, ceilings, car park etc. were in dire need of "continuous improvement". Maybe transformation should be taken right to the core i.e. making transformation real and not just slogans, banners etc?
ReplyDeleteI agree with you rebelrouser. Oohh.. I went to Seremban Specialist. New hospital. They do not have that problem..... yet!
