The 1KLCC Remuneration & Rewards

To some of us, there is nothing new in the briefing because we already had it during the forum. But, to most, this is the moment that they have been waiting for. My group was for permanent staffs (Executive, Senior Executive, Managers and Senior Managers)

The 'going to be offered' package was presented to us. I saw some question being asked but nothing critical.

The immediate benefit will be the salary revision. The amount of revision will be calculated individually. The new salary will start in April 2010. Then, they will be salary increment for those whom has completed the financial year 2009/2010. Effective immediately, salary increment will be paid starting July every year. Increment will not be back-dated to April.

So, now we have to observe, 3 important date as follows:

1) Financial year - April to Marc every year
2) Benefit and entitlement - January to December
3) Salary increment and bonus payout- July every year

New offer /appointment letter will be distributed to everyone on the 17 & 18 March. Migration will be completed by 31 March 2010.

All new terms of employment will take effect on the 01 April 2010.

  1. can u explain in details on the new package? as in the salary, benefits and allowances (after 6 months), etc. As i have been offered a position in PMU for Project Execution team
