I say......

There's a saying:you cant change the wind BUT you can adjust your sail.. the success at makin the quantum leap from hard work to work smart may ultimately depended on the mindset and value system...you need to cultivate the right mindset and value system in order to develope a culture of team work and ensure the success is sustainable=)
